I had the best time teaching a comics class this week to 6th and 7th graders through a summer camp at the LVAA. We created a group comics anthology:
To get the creativity flowing, each day we played drawing games and did some collaborative comic jam activities.
Inspired by The Daily Monster, we created Ink Blot characters out of dripped India Ink:

I am happy to have a piece in this sale on April 13, 2013 at PUBLIC that will help provide funding for the Children’s Fine Art Classes at LVAA and UofL art scholarships! I currently teach a CFAC middle school class, and I was a CFAC student when I was younger.
